1. What is PurpleTopHat.com?

PurpleTopHat.com is an online gallery and print shop featuring fantasy art and other illustrations made by me, Celine Chapus. For more info on myself, please click on the "Artist" button of the menu. ^_^

2. Purchase Info

In addition to Paypal, PurpleTopHat.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). The process is fast, easy and above all, very secure. All info you submit on PurpleTopHat.com is safe and confidential.

How does it work? Just add an item to the Hat (=your shopping cart) by clicking on the "Add to Hat" button next to a print, and voila. You can also view items in the cart, remove them if needed and verify that all is in order before clicking on "Check Out" to purchase. Once you check out, you'll be given a choice between Paypal and other methods of payment.

Please note that I reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

Payment will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL *PURPLETOPHA".

3. Shipping Info

Domestic orders: US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for orders to be processed and sent out. I'll try my best to pack and ship them as quickly as I can.

Shipping and handling fees within the US are as follow:

$0.01 to $15.00 -- $3.00
$15.01 to $30.00 --$4.00
$30.01 to $60.00 -- $5.00
$60.01 to $100.00 -- $6.00
over $100.00 -- free

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International, and will be registered for security. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for orders to be processed and sent out.

Shipping and handling fees for international orders will vary depending on your location around the globe. If you reside outside the US, please go ahead and use the cart. I will contact you as soon as possible with an email and a second invoice for the extra shipping fees. I hope I'm being clear enough. If you have any trouble, feel free to email me.

4. Art & Print Info

The illustrations displayed in the gallery have been sketched and/or inked first, then scanned and digitally painted. I make the prints out of high resolution images on an inkjet printer, and all prints come on a nice acid free card stock. Please note that a print, just like any painting, is fragile. It's not a good idea to expose it to direct sunlight for long periods of time, or spill liquids on it. Which is why....

5. Packaging Info

....all prints are lovingly enclosed in clear archival bags, with a foam core backing. In addition to this, the package is taped, bubble wrapped and securely enclosed in a box. Your prints will get to you safely if I have anything to say about it!
